ANG has established, documented, implemented, and maintained an Integrated Management System (IMS) comprising of international standards for Quality – ISO 9001:2015, Occupational Health-Safety – ISO 45001:2018, Environment – ISO 14001:2015 & Food Safety Management System – ISO 22000:2018.
To ensure continual improvement & effective implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ANG;
- Ensures that both the operational control and monitoring of the processes are effective through compliance to the criteria and methods determined all the time
- Ensures that the availability of resources and necessary support to the operation in order to effectively control the processes for desired output.
- Established monitoring and measurement criteria and periodically analysis of data to ensure the implementation and compliance is right on track
- Clearly defined responsibilities and interrelations of the assigned personnel for their relevant job profiles and roles
- Ensures on-going efforts of all ANG employees in applying the International Standards of Quality, Safety & Environment in all work aspects.
- Believes in “SAFETY FIRST” policy towards any Health, Safety & Environmental nonconformance, along with continual improvement with the involvement of staff from all levels
